Having worked in the industry for years, our experienced office staff are able to provide guidance on how to assist you in the most efficient manner possible as and when you enquire.

We pride ourselves on fast response times, and aim to attend emergencies within 1 hour. We also aim to fix the issue on our first visit. We are used to processing works orders and confirming bookings to ensure that all parties are updated throughout this process.

Our van fleet is tracked enabling us to monitortravel and arrival times. We can accurately monitor the time spent on jobs and charge accordingly ensuring that clients are not overcharged. This also helps us to locate the nearest van to the emergency enabling our 1 hour response times on emergencies.

WeFIX covers Plumbing, Heating, Drainage, Electrics, Roofing, Building and Groundwork problems, allowing us to keep a majority of services in-house. We are regularly sent out to investigate multiple issues in one property, and only require one works order.

Invoices, quotes, gas certificates, EICR reports, PAT certificates and more are all emailed to you the same day.

Old combination boiler removed and replaced by new. No hot water mid morning. Engineer out to diagnose midday. Old boiler I decided not worth repairing. Engineers arrived following morning on time with new combination boiler. Very pleasant and efficient engineers, not even stopping for lunch worked very hard. Explained work to be done as progressed through the day. Boiler fitted, radiators flushed through and inhibitor in system. I can highly recommend this company.
